We believe our people are our most valuable asset therefore our team enjoy the flexibility of choosing both their working location and hours. Their daily commute to a central place of work is replaced by telecommunication links and a range of powerful online collaborative tools, allowing them to work from multiple locations.
Our team is made up of highly capable and highly motivated individuals. With responsibility for the key areas of our business, the Mirata Team direct vision and set strategy for our company.
Ian first started working with Internet and Multimedia Learning Technologies in 1995. His key focus is about understanding people and how they behave in groups. Ian is a graduate in technology and as a qualified teacher, he has been involved in education and training since 1990. Ian has also worked for AQA, OCR, and WJEC and is a Fellow of the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning (ITOL).
Alyson has been involved in business management since the early 1990’s. She currently has a responsibilty for business development and business growth, including Mirata Innovations and Mirata’s wealth management programme. Alyson is also responsible for Mirata’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Strategy which includes Charity, Voluntary and Community Sector Liaison.
Dorian is a highly motivated people person. He is always the first to strike up a conversation and to put people at their ease. As a graduate in church leadership, he not only works effectively as part of a team but facilitates others to excel too. With over ten years experience in sales, he always has the best interests of the client at his heart and works with the utmost integrity. Dorian is responsible for exploring new service and support opportunities across the company network.
Grace is enthusiastic about communicating ideas, either through 2D imagery or via multimedia and TV applications. She is a published illustrator, and has a specific passion for illustration’s unique capacity to communicate tone, mood, and narratives where other methods fail. She has also used this area of her creativity in a number of Mirata Projects. Grace’s skills lie in being able to develop design and marketing ideas via the most appropriate medium, either through software or traditional art media.
Emily graduated with a First Class Honours Degree in Business and Management. She created her first website aged just 14 to promote her jet-skiing career. Emily has experience working with a variety of digital platforms such as, social media marketing, digital imagery and video. Emily is always eager to learn new skills and believes all challenges can be overcome with hard-work and determination. In her spare time Emily is a freestyle jet-skier, who loves the outdoors and spending time with her family.
